M.L. Norton, Centralia Rotary, addressed the Council and audience and announced the Rotary Spelling Bee was scheduled for February 20, 2015 at 5:30 pm.

Commissioner Fund and WSU Extension Director Sheila Gray addressed the Council and spoke on County issues.

Councilor Anzelini - had no report.
Councilor Gallagher- reported he attended the EDC banquet, CDA and Friends of Seminary Hill meeting.
Councilor Coumbs - reported he attended the EDC banquet, RFA and a Solid Waste meeting.
Councilor Ricks - had no report.
Mayor Pro-Tem Elmore - reported he attended the Chamber Forum.
Councilor Greenwood - reported he attended the EDC banquet.

Mayor Canaday - reported she attended RFA, EDC banquet, STOP fundraiser, Tacoma Rail, Southwest Washington Clean Air, Mayor and Commissioners meeting, Boy Scout Banquet where Arin Pullin received his Eagle Scout.
Joyce Barnes & John Pembrook - STOP, reviewed a possible grant for a splash pad and stated they would like Council support in moving forward in applying for the funds. It was the consensus of the Council to support STOP moving forward to explore the grant.
Rob Hill - updated the Council on the Police Chief recruitment process.
