Edna Fund, Centralia, addressed the City council and invited them to the National Day of Prayer at the Christian School on May 7, 2015 at 7:00 am.

a. Flood Authority Update - Ron Averill
Col. Averill addressed the Council and updated them on Flood Authority issues.
4. Reports
Councilor Ricks - reported he attended the Special City Council meeting on April 16, 2015.
Councilor Anzelini - had no report.
Mayor Pro-Tem Elmore - reported he attended a Twin Transit meeting and the Garden Show.
Councilor Greenwood - had no report.
Councilor Gallagher - reported he attended the Hub City Club Open House. He noted that he will be attending the next City Council meeting via skype.
Mayor Canaday - reported she attended movies at the Fox Theatre, Kiwanis, Mayor & Commissioner's meeting, Business After Hours, Lawn & Garden Show, the Special City Council meeting and the Arbor Day celebration.
Kahle Jennings - reported that the City did not get the CDBG grant that he applied for.
Kim Ashmore - reported on sidewalks and street maintenance.

City Attorney Shannon Murphy-Olson noted that this was before the City Council for a quasi-judicial decision and noted that is was appealable to Lewis County Superior Court. She added that the Planning Commission had held a public hearing and rendered a decision which is before Council tonight. In response to Councilor Anzelini's question, the applicant, Mr. Paul Sneed, stated that he is on board with the PUD and 18 conditions as presented. After further council discussion,
