Mayor Coumbs called the Workshop to discuss the City Light Preliminary 2018 Budget to order at 6:00 pm.

Mayor Canaday adjourned the Workshop at 6:45 pm.

Col. Averill addressed the Council and updated them on Flood Authority issues.

Mayor Pro-Tem Vogt - reported he attended the Centralia Downtown Association meeting.
Councilor Elmore - reported he attended the workshop, United Way luncheon, Business After Hours, Twin Transit and spoke on Centralia Station.
Councilor Greenwood - reported he attended a Historical Museum meeting, the workshop, visited a marijuana facility and attended a planning class.
Councilor Barnes - reported she attended Artrails, a concert at the College, United Way luncheon, Centralia College Scholarship program and visited the School of the Arts.
Councilor Abbarno - reported he attended the workshop, United Way luncheon, Centralia Community Foundation fundraiser, Health Fair at Providence Centralia and spoke on Centralia Station.
Councilor Luond - reported she attended the Centralia Port meeting and the United Way luncheon.
Mayor Coumbs - reported he attended the Fire Authority workshop.
Rob Hill - spoke on Centralia Station.
