Mayor Luond called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Due to changes to Phase 3 from 50 people to 10 people and the regulations surrounding in person meetings, this meeting is being held remotely via WebEx.

Sandy Wing and Dale Pullin updated the Council on the Turf Fields Feasibility Study for the Sports Complex.
4. Reports
Councilor Smith Johnston - reported on the Boys and Girls Club and spoke on virtual schooling.
Councilor Vogt - reported he attended a Southwest Washington Air Control meeting and spoke on the local real estate market.
Councilor Cameron - reported she attended a CDA meeting, a United Way event and toured the Yelm facility.
Councilor Staebler - reported she attended a Twin Transit meeting.
Mayor Pro-Tem Abbarno - thanked everyone who helped stuff backpacks for the school supply drive, reported he attended the Car Show at the Veteran's Museum and reminded everyone to be safe with all of the fires going on at this time.
Councilor McGee - had no report.

Kirsten Harma and Kim Ashmore - updated the Council on the Watershed Management Plan.
Kim Ashmore and Rick Eaton - spoke on an award that the Wastewater Treatment Plan received for 2019.
Rob Hill - reported on the burn ban that took effect on September 8, 2020 and the budget process.

Finance Director Bret Brodersen addressed the Council and stated that the city has received additional and asked for Council approval to fully fund the Chamber and CDA with the additional money bringing them both to $84,000 and extending the end date to November 30,2020.
