Public Meeting scheduled - May 28, 2014

The purpose of these meetings is to provide an opportunity for members of the general public to learn more about the work completed thus far for the Chehalis Basin Strategy: Reducing Flood Damage and Enhancing Aquatic Species.

A formal presentation will be provided each evening by Jim Kramer (Project Manager) from 6:307:45 PM, including time for Q&A. To view flyer for location and schedule, please click here.

Informational stations will be set up from 46:30 PM and 7:459 PM for attendees to learn more about specific elements of the work being done related to:

  • Flooding in the Chehalis Basin
  • A Potential Water Retention Structure
  • Aquatic Species Enhancement
  • Local Flood Reduction Projects
  • Alternatives to Protect I-5
  • Assessment of Local Floodplain Management Programs Chehalis Basin Pub
