  Low Income Senior / Disabled Utility Discount

The City of Centralia has completed a periodic review of the income threshold for those eligible to receive the low income senior citizen or low income totally disabled discount for utility customers. That income level is now $30,000 gross annual household income calculated from January 1st through December 31st. Senior customers must be 62 years of age or over. Senior and totally disabled customers must reside in a single family dwelling. Reduced rates are available for City water, wastewater, and electric customers.

If you feel you qualify for this utility discount, please complete an exemption form and deliver it to the Customer Service Center at 500 North Pearl Street. Forms are available on the City of Centralia web site (Departments/Utilities Customer Service/Forms/Senior Low Income Disabled Application) or by contacting the Customer Service Center at 360.330.7657.
