NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CENTRALIA HEARING EXAMINER

The City of Centralia has received a variance application to reduce the required 5' side yard setback to 3' on the east side and 4' on the west side of a property located at 1202 Bayne Street.  Comments are due by April 27, 2021.  The hearing will be held at City Hall on April 28,2021, at 4:00 PM.  For additional information please click on the links below.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CENTRALIA HEARING EXAMINER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CENTRALIA PLANNING COMMISSION

The City of Centralia has received a Planned Unit Development (PUD) application to construct 46-townhome units, 33-single family residential lots, 4.7 acre open space conservation area and associated infrastructure on 15.91 acres.  The proposal is located near 307 E Roanoke Street.  The hearing will be held virtually on Thursday, May 13, 2021.  To participate in the hearing virtually log into the following Cisco Webex Meeting:
