Residential Rebate Programs

Appliance Rebates

Centralia City Light has appliance rebates available to eligible residential customers to help them conserve energy and save money. Click on the rebate form below for more information.

EnergyStar ® Certified Appliances Rebate Form
Qualifying customers are eligible for rebates depending on appliance type and efficiency.

Ductless Heat Pump Program

There are rebates available for the installation of a ductless heat pump (DHP) to eligible existing electric heat customers. Please contact the Conservation Department prior to any work being completed to verify that you qualify for the DHP rebate.

The homeowner must have the DHP installed by an HVAC company that has completed the NW Ductless Heat Pump Project Installer Orientation. A list of installers that have completed the orientation can be found at the Going Ductless website.

Ductless heat pumps must be a split system heat pump employing inverter-driven outdoor compressor, with inverter-driven or variable-speed indoor blowers, rated with a minimum of 9.0 HSPF (for single head systems) and 8.2 HSPF (for multi-head systems) and listed on BPA’s DHP Qualified Product List.

The Ductless Heat Pump Installation Form below will need to be completed and returned to the Centralia City Light Conservation Department along with a copy of the purchase receipt.
