2017 Comprehensive Plan Update

The City of Centralia is updating its Comprehensive Plan in accordance with the Washington State Growth Management Act (GMA) governed by RCW 36.70A.

Comprehensive Plans establish policies for community growth and development for the next 20 years. Most jurisdictions in the state are required to adopt a Comprehensive Plan consistent with the GMA and to update their plan every eight years. Centralia’s periodic update process is required to be completed by June 30, 2017.
