Jefferson Street - Stormwater Upgrades

The City of Centralia Public Works Department will be closing the shoulder and parking along Jefferson Street from Woodland Avenue to South Pearl Street beginning September 8th for storm sewer upgrades. Thru traffic is advised to use alternate routes to minimize congestion during active work. Storm sewer upgrades on Jefferson Street will continue throughout September as weather allows it with the goal of completion by September 30th. The City’s contractor, Allied Trenchless, will work closely with area residents to minimize impacts during construction.
