NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE


The City of Centralia is processing the 2021 Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and Development Regulations.  The amendments include four rezones, a text amendment to allow marijuana retail stores in the C-1 zone, and text amendments to the zoning matrix and parking requirements pertaining to permanent supportive, emergency and transitional housing projects.  The amendments will impact the city limits and urban growth areas of the City of Centralia.  Additional information may be obtained by contact the Planning Department at 360-330-7662.  Basic information is contained in the links below.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CENTRALIA PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE

This notice pertains to a project to install cables on existing poles, and a bore, over four lineal miles in the City of Centralia to improve existing telecommunications services.  Please see the SEPA Checklist for specific location information.  Comments are due by 5:00 PM on August 16, 2021.  Appeals are due by August 23, 2021.  Contact the Planning Department at 360-330-7662 for additional information.
