The Human Resources Director / Risk Manager provides advice and general supervision of personnel and related services for the entire governmental entity. These include the classification of positions, recruiting, selection, placement, performance evaluations, salary administration, job specifications, civil service coordination, training, contract negotiations, and interpretations, EEO reporting, unemployment compensation, workers compensation, safety issues, and claims involving the City, City employees or City equipment. Provides payroll and benefits services for all employees.
