January 1, 2024 new service connection rates go into effect. Approved applications will be honored to the expiration date noted on the invoice, even after January 1, 2024. For reference, the expiration date can be found in the upper right corner and at the bottom of each invoice. If an application expires December 31, 2023 or prior and it has not been paid, the application will need to be recalculated before payment is made.
